Amira’s favorite toy
Almy Tau | February 13, 2008 | 7:25 amAmira likes to play with things that are not her toys. My cellphone is one of them. As a matter of fact, the reason why I can no longer recharge my cellphone is because Amira chewed on the charger slot. So in order to charge my phone, I need to take out the battery, put it in an external battery charger that connects to my phone charger, wait for 6 hours, then put it back in. And just to make sure I won’t miss any important calls, I had to buy an extra battery. Total cost of letting my daughter play with my cellphone: 30 dollars.
Nowadays, Amira is smart enough to know that the cellphone is a device that you speak into — it’s not uncommon to see her grab the cellphone and hold it to her ear while she mutters ‘ta ta ta’ . The photo above almost makes me think that she knows how to operate it…
On second thought.. I’ll probably lose the ability to hear anything through my cellphone soon.. now where’s that bluetooth headset..?
Happy birthday, sweet Amira
